For the buyer
Review the boat and its condition report, make an offer and receive a clear next step. The planned flow supports price discussions and a handover to the seller when personal attention is needed.

KOPILOTTI SALES, MADE FOR THE WATER
Turn buyer interest into a meaningful offer.
A digital sales experience for professional boat sellers, with you at the helm.
DIGITAL BOAT SALES
BoatSales is the marine application of Kopilotti Sales. It brings vessel information, the condition report and the price conversation into one sales journey — on your terms.
Review the boat and its condition report, make an offer and receive a clear next step. The planned flow supports price discussions and a handover to the seller when personal attention is needed.
Set the commercial terms, keep the customer relationship and handle exceptions with your team. The agreed price leads into your own contract, payment and delivery process.
BoatSales is in pilot preparation. This presentation does not offer live negotiation or transactions; availability and responsibilities are agreed with each seller.
FOR THE WAY YACHTS ARE SOLD
Interest does not keep office hours. BoatSales is being developed to give serious buyers a clear next step, while your team keeps the relationship and the sale.
Give buyers a path from a vessel’s details and condition report to a price conversation, instead of leaving their interest in an inbox.
Designed to complement your existing listings and sales team. You remain the seller and the buyer’s point of contact.
BoatSales negotiates within your pricing limits and sales terms without disclosing your minimum acceptable price to the buyer. For brokerage listings, the pricing limits are agreed with the vessel’s owner.
A CONSIDERED PURCHASE
One clear journey. An informed buyer.
A seller who stays in control.
The proposed BoatSales pilot experience.
A completed condition inspection and a report available to the buyer are required before sales begin.
For brokerage listings, agree pricing and negotiation authority with the owner. Buyers can move from the details to an offer.
We can assist with sales contract and invoice matters when needed. Payment follows the seller’s instructions.
Release the vessel only after full payment is visible in the seller’s account. The seller confirms the sale and receipt of payment.
INFORMED DECISIONS
Every vessel must be condition-inspected, with a report available before it is offered through BoatSales.
A promise to arrange an inspection later is not enough. Buyers should be able to understand the vessel’s condition before entering a price conversation.
The seller remains responsible for the vessel information and for answering questions about the report.

The Sales approach, shaped around the care and consideration a high-value boat purchase deserves.
BOAT DEALERS & YACHT BROKERS
BoatSales is designed for both dealer-owned vessels and brokerage listings. The broker agrees pricing and negotiation authority with the owner before sales begin. Your team keeps the customer relationship.
YOUR EXISTING SALES CHANNELS
Keep your listings, your customer relationships and your payment arrangements. The pilot defines how BoatSales fits your website and daily sales process.
Initial scope: professional boat dealers and brokers. Private listings and trade-ins are outside the first release.
ALIGNED WITH YOUR SUCCESS
A straightforward commercial model, agreed before the pilot begins.
The commission is 1–2% of the vessel’s final total sale price, including brokerage sales. Billing starts after the seller confirms the completed sale and receipt of full payment. The model is based on trust: no payment receipt is required.
A conversation, an offer or a financing approval alone does not trigger the success fee.
SUCCESS FEE
of the completed sale price
Proposed pricing, subject to agreement. Applicable taxes are additional.

The seller sets the commercial terms. For brokerage listings, the broker agrees pricing and negotiation authority with the owner. The seller’s team handles exceptions and completes the sale.
The buyer pays the seller directly through the arrangements agreed with the seller. Financing is arranged with the seller and their chosen finance provider. BoatSales does not receive or hold the purchase funds or grant financing.
